STATEMENT OF CONSENT FOR DATA COLLECTION

 

By clicking the checkbox , I hereby would like to make the following statements:

1) I give my explicit consent to the collection, use and processing of my personal data by way of an automated facial recognition system. This is for the purposes of providing а facilitated and alternative registration process at live events, organized by Kenes Group (Kenes), so that the participants are not required to register online in advance, but can instead use the specialized software directly on site.

This personal data is intended for registration at events, where the participants will have their pictures taken and their facial features scanned to initiate a verification process of the person’s identity.Once the system verifies the participant’s identity, the participant will complete the registration process and will be given access to the event.

This system will take the uploaded photos used for comparison and store them on Kenes’ EventsAir registration system, from where, at one's request, they can be deleted at any time.

The law places specific requirements when using personal information, such as biometric information, about persons for the purposes of an automated biometric recognition system. For example:

  • Kenes Group shall not use the information for any purpose other than those for which it was originally obtained and made known to the participant;
  • Kenes Group shall ensure that the information is stored securely;
  • Kenes Group shall tell you what it intends to do with the information;
  • Unless there is a lawful basis to do so, Kenes Group shall not disclose personal information to another person/entity.

Kenes maintains administrative, technical and physical assurances, aimed at protecting data from accidental, illegal or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use. For these purposes, Kenes applies or is going to implement the following measures:

  • data encryption during transfer,
  • strong user authentication,
  • enhanced network infrastructure,
  • network monitoring applications.

            As data subjects, you have the following rights in accordance with applicable data protection law:

  • Right of access: You can have access to the data concerning you.
  • Right to correction: You may request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete information concerning you.
  • Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’): You may ask Kenes Group to delete information that concerns you and is not necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing.
  • Right to restriction of processing: You may request that the processing of your data is restricted to what is strictly necessary.
  • Right to data portability: You can receive the data held by Kenes Group.
  • Right to object: You may at any time object to the processing of your data in case it violates your right and the applicable data protection law.
  • Right to human intervention: You may request the processing of your data based on the human factor and not automated by technological means for the purpose of compiling profiles, etc. if be reminded that Kenes Group provides an alternative registration process.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: You may file a complaint at your local data protection authority in the event that your data is processed in violation of the provisions of the applicable data protection law.
  • Right to revoke the consent: You may at any time revoke your consent which allows for the processing of your data by submitting a written request to Kenes Group.

2) I am informed that my consent to the personal data processing is valid and it constitutes a suitable legal basis for the processing of my personal data until its explicit withdrawal by me. I can exercise this right by sending an application to Kenes to the above e-mail address.
